This machine is widely used for different hoses (with different diameters of Ф10-Ф52, like plastic pipes、aluminum-plastic composite pipes) sealing, and materials with different Viscosity and characteristics (from water-like to high-viscosity pastes) Filling, fully meets the requirements of different levels of GMP production environment.

1. Automatic tube feeding,filling,heating,clamping and forming(code printing),tail cutting, no filling in case of no tube;
2. The parts contacting materials are all made of stainless steel 316,conforming to GMP requirements.
3. PLC+liquid crystal touch screen control and operation. Parameters can be easily set on the touch screen.The information of output and errors can be displayed clearly and visually with digitally displayed temperature control.
